Data Deletion Instructions
You have the right to request deletion of your account and personal data at any time.
How to Delete Your Data

Delete from within the app
Log in to your PlotiApp account. Navigate to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Follow the on-screen prompts to permanently delete your account and all associated data.

Request deletion by email
If you are unable to access your account, send a deletion request to support@plotiapp.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your account so we can verify your identity.

Confirmation & processing time
We will confirm receipt of your request within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
What Gets Deleted
Upon a confirmed deletion request, we will permanently remove:
- Your account profile and login credentials
- Property and unit records you have created
- Tenant information and lease agreements
- Rent payment history and financial records stored on the platform
- Any files or documents you have uploaded
Data We May Retain
In some cases, we may be required to retain certain information after account deletion to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Any data retained for these purposes will be kept for the minimum period required by law and will not be used for any other purpose.
