1. Use of the Service

PlotiApp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your personal or business property management purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.

4. Subscription & Billing

Certain features of PlotiApp require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on the applicable billing cycle.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of PlotiApp — including software, design, trademarks, and logos — are the exclusive property of PlotiApp and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding or content without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlotiApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
